Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "999kk" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the 999kk online gaming platform accessible at 999kk.io, including all sub-pages, services, tools, and features offered therein.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 999kk platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created by a Player on the 999kk platform, through which the Player accesses all gaming, betting, deposit, and withdrawal services.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed by a Player on a casino game outcome, sports event result, or any other game of chance or skill offered by 999kk.
• "Balance" — the real-money funds held in a Player's 999kk account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account by 999kk under a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Player must wager Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Payment Method" — any deposit or withdrawal channel supported by 999kk, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and eligible Bangladeshi bank transfers.
• "Game Providers" — the third-party software studios whose games appear in the 999kk lobby, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — any action or pattern of behaviour that violates these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and money laundering.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone for all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 999kk platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you accept and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and 999kk. If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 999kk platform and, if applicable, close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 999kk.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the 999kk platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on each subsequent occasion that you access the platform:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. 999kk strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age.
• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You are not acting under duress, undue influence, or any legal incapacity.
• Personal account: You are registering and using the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Single account: You hold no more than one registered account on the 999kk platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Not self-excluded: You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 999kk or any other gaming platform. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from 999kk, you must contact our responsible gaming team before attempting to re-register.
• Sound financial standing: You are depositing and wagering funds that belong to you and that you can afford to lose. You are not using borrowed money, funds under dispute, or money derived from any unlawful activity.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and betting services on 999kk, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and is completed through the 999kk login page.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must notify 999kk promptly if any of this information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcodes with any other person.

• Verification: 999kk reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport, or driving licence — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.
• Account inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. 999kk will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before any dormancy policy is applied. Details of any administrative fees applicable to dormant accounts will be communicated at the time of notification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

999kk supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and eligible Bangladeshi bank transfers. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 999kk does not currently support deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance within approximately 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. During periods of high transaction volume or system maintenance, deposit processing times may be longer. 999kk does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 999kk accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements. Withdrawal requests submitted to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within a few hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

• Withdrawal holds: Withdrawals may be temporarily held pending identity verification, account review, or investigation of suspected Prohibited Conduct. 999kk will communicate the reason for any hold and the expected resolution timeline.
• Bonus-linked balances: Any portion of your balance derived from Bonus Funds that has not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement is not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• Failed transactions: If a deposit or withdrawal fails due to an error at the payment provider's end, 999kk will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly. Contact [email protected] with the transaction reference number for assistance.

Bonuses & Promotions

999kk offers a variety of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladeshi events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL tournaments. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings attributable to those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Each promotion defines its own eligibility criteria. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are available to verified players aged 21 and above who have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only participate in one bonus promotion at any given time unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated free spins or free bets expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Abuse: 999kk reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, suspend accounts, and recover any funds paid out as a result of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or placing wagers in patterns that minimise genuine risk while satisfying wagering requirements.
• Modification: 999kk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has opted in, 999kk will honour the terms that were in place at the time of opt-in.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets offered on the 999kk platform are governed by the rules of the respective Game Provider or sportsbook market operator. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game or market before placing a wager. 999kk does not accept liability for losses incurred due to a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

Casino games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems operated by the relevant Game Provider. 999kk does not influence, modify, or interfere with game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game volatility information are published by the respective providers and may be accessed via the game information panel within the 999kk lobby.

Sports betting: All sports betting markets — including live in-play markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — are settled according to the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, 999kk reserves the right to delay settlement pending confirmation and to void bets if no official result can be verified within a reasonable period.

• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors in the odds display, obvious pricing errors, abandonment of the relevant event, or the event failing to take place within the specified timeframe.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum single-transaction winning limits apply per game category and per betting market. These limits are displayed in the game or market information panel. 999kk reserves the right to limit payouts to the applicable maximum regardless of the staked amount.
• Disconnection policy: If a Player's internet connection is interrupted mid-game, 999kk's system will complete the game round using the established rules of the relevant game. Players accept this outcome as final. 999kk is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues outside its control.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 999kk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, disputed funds, or any deceptive method to fund an account or claim winnings.
• Money laundering: Using the 999kk platform as a mechanism to move, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players, Game Provider employees, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Cheating software: Using bots, automated scripts, exploit tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage or to circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a self-exclusion.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been credited and used for wagering. All legitimate payment disputes must be directed to 999kk support first.

Intellectual Property

Governing Law & Disputes
